Mahwah Recreation Softball:
 
Recreation Softball is open to all Mahwah girls grades 1 through 9.  If you're daughter is interested in playing, please register her at the online registration website.

Recreation Divisions:

 
Seniors - 7th, 8th, and 9th grades
Juniors - 5th and 6th grades
Minors - 3rd and 4th grades
Instructional - 2nd grade
Instructional - 1st grade
 
Kindergardeners participate in Tee-Ball which is run by Baseball - http://mahwahyouthbaseball.org/default.aspx
Recreation Announcements
 
Rec Assessments for the Minors (3rd and 4th grade) and Juniors (5th and 6th grades) will be held in March in the Ramapo Ridge Gym - times will be posted.  Please have your daughters bring their Gloves, Bats and Helmets.  The purpose of these assessments is to give the coaches a chance to see all of the girls field and bat and ultimately keep the team more even.  If your daughter can't make this date, she will be randomly put on a team.  PLEASE keep in mind, that there is a draft for these divisions so you will not be able to make team requests.
 
PLEASE NOTE, the Senior and Junior divisions will go back to playing teams in the Midland Park Recreation League.  Although we felt slow-pitch was a success, there were several other issues when taken into consideration made us decide to go back to Midland Park.  Stay tuned for details...
